    刘宝辉,男,19647月出生,农学博士,中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所研究员。20039月至20087月在日本北海道大学从事博士后,中国科学院特聘研究员。任十三五《国家大豆良种重大科技攻关规划》专家组成员、国家自然科学基金委员会生命学部第十四届会议评审专家,黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会委员,中国遗传学会植物基因组专业委员会委员,中国作物学会大豆专业委员会理事,《J Genet Genomics》、《植物学报》、《大豆科学》、《大豆科技》、《土壤与作物》编委。

  长期致力于作物分子育种的研究工作。先后主持 “十三五国家重点研发”专项课题、国家转基因重大专项课题、中国科学院战略性先导专项、国家自然科学重点基金等项目。研究团队原创性发现豆科植物特有的且主要的光周期调控开花遗传网络PHYA-J-E1/E1L-FT。打破了模式植物拟南芥PHYA-CO-FT的既往经典研究结果的单一性,拓展了植物光周期调控开花的遗传调控网络,为大豆长日照敏感性的分子机理研究奠定了理论基础,解决了大豆早熟与高产矛盾的科学问题;揭示了大豆结荚习性的分子机理,解决了大豆结荚习性鉴定的科学问题。此研究成果入选了国家自然科学基金委员会的2017年度优秀成果汇编。主要研究结果发表在国际上有很高影响度的Nature GeneticsPlant PhysiologyPlant Mol BioBMCGeneticsThe Journal of Molecular Evolution Ann Bot Journal of Heredity上。国内外学术期刊Nature Plants Chinese Bulletin of Botany等对发表在Nature Genetics201749773-779)具有里程碑意义的成果作了专文评述:“研究结果为大豆热带地区适应性理论的揭示和应用打开了一扇大门

提出了黑龙江第一、二积温带大豆高产基因型:E1/e2/e3/E4;第四积温带大豆早熟高产基因型:e1-as/e2/e3/E4。并据此理论通过分子育种培育了东生77号大豆新品种,单产比对照提高7.3%20153月通过了审定命名,累计示范推广面积78万亩,增加经济效益2511万元;培育了东生78号大豆新品种,比对照品种合丰50平均增产10.2%20171月通过审定命名,累计示范推广面积2.5万亩,增加经济效益93.7万元。培育了东生79大豆新品种,两年区域试验和生产示范试验平均脂肪含量24.16%,是黑龙江省1966年以来育成的485个品种含油量最高的品种,20183月通过黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会大豆专业委员会审定。曾获得省部级科学技术进步二等奖两项。主笔面向21世纪、十一五国家级规划教材《作物育种学各论》第24章。
